Amazon Home Services and Amazon Music Unlimited

Did you know that Amazon offers Home Services now, too? Actually, Amazon had been offering Home Services since March 2015, but I just recently found out about it. Would have been really nice during our most recent move. I really love Amazon. I regularly check it for price comparison and product availability. The website is so easy to navigate, and there are many retailers to choose from. Also, shipping is free if you are a Prime member; usually two-day shipping on eligible items, or if you choose not to be a Prime member, shipping is still free after you meet the minimum price, and takes about 5-8 days.

This post contains affiliate links, which means that if you click on one of the product links, I’ll receive compensation.

You can easily book so many services that you need. Of course availability differs per location.

Try Amazon Home Services

Amazon Home Services are professional services offered directly by Amazon. Amazon has a selection of pre-packaged or custom home services, and Amazon will simply charge the credit card you have on your account. Direct payments to the service providers are not allowed. All services are professional, background checked, insured, and licensed if applicable. All are backed by Amazon’s Happiness Guarantee, so customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

There are many home and business services available. Popular services include Smart Home services, house cleaning, assembly, virus and spyware removal, plumbing, gardening and more. You can book a FREE Smart Home Consultation which includes personalized smart home solution recommendations from a trained Amazon employee, a Home WiFi assessment to identify any issues, and an in-home demo of popular smart home products. This is a consultation only, and services and products need to be purchased separately.

You can buy a pre-packaged service with an upfront price and add it to your cart, just like buying a regular item through Amazon, or you can submit a custom request for a home project and receive estimate pricing via emails.

Amazon Home Services is currently available in many cities in the US, but not all areas. I used my zip code and some services are “Coming Soon”. You can visit www.amazon.com/services to see the latest list available in your area. The locations and services provided are updated everyday so make sure you check back frequently.
